We are now looking for a Technical Information Specialist to join our team of three specialist and Manager Tech Info Evelina Axelsson.
The Technical Information Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless digital delivery of Operator's Manuals and similar end-customer publications across our platforms. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, participating in new development projects, and continuously improving content for better usability and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate requirements from stakeholders such as Product Managers, Compliance, and R&D.
• Place content creation orders with external partners.
• Enhance content reusability and cost-effectiveness in both source language (English) and translations.
• Ensure availability of released publications on the digital content distribution platform.
• Collaborate on various publication types including Operator's Manuals, Quick Guides, and Assembly Instructions.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in products and services.
• High proficiency in English.
• Experience as a Technical Writer in topic-based authoring (in a CCMS) is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of end-customer experience.
• Additional language skills and/or knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE) is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter) and Rich media is desirable.

• Genuine technical interest combined with a dedication to linguistic precision.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Technical Writers to optimize content.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong attention to detail and structure.
• Positive mindset and enjoyment in working both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within an Aftermarket organization is beneficial.
