TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Hybrid Production Company is looking for a experienced, innovative and inspiring Technical Director to join their team.
The Technical Director leads technical strategy, development, execution and innovation across projects and inspires the whole team to indulge in new creative uses of technical solutions. This role evaluate client briefs and work with Creative on pitches and proposals, but also works on execution in collaboration with Creatives, Flash Developers, Motion graphics and Producers to deliver robust, best-in-class digital experiences within timing and budget.
You must have an instinctive and profound understanding of relevant technologies, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem solving. The Technical Director should be in the forefront of Technical know how and know about the latest technical solutions from all different areas.
The Technology Director also provides guidance and growth opportunities for the team, and is an advocate for the technology department within The Company both locally and globally.
• Experience of various projects types, including web, mobile platforms, film production etc
• Hands-on knowledge of key programming languages, such as Java, PHP, ActionScript and Javascript.
• Proven ability to combine technologies in novel ways.
