TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Our customer contact center is providing customer service as well as administrative support to internal and external customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes and customer service requests. We are getting inquiries via e-mail and phone and if necessary, we are taking help of appropriate departments to solve them or forward the inquiries to second tier.
Our Contact Center is receiving numerous requests on a daily basis from our customers requiring technical support and help. Therefore we are looking for a customer service coordinator with technical back-ground in electronics.
• in Pre-sales our customers need help and guidance in selecting products from a wide range of products. Good qualification skills and knowledge of our products/customer applications will help you advise our customers and pass business opportunities to our sales force.
• in Post-sales we need to qualify our customer’s problem when facing issues whilst using our instrument. Quickly identifying the issue and either solving it or involving technical experts in an effective way is key to the satisfaction of our customers.
This is a very exciting opportunity if you have a technical background and are a problem solver. The candidate we are looking for has:
• Preferably you have a technical High School (Gymnasium) or Bachelor degree specializing in electronics.
• You should be a customer-care person.
• You should be eager to build on your technical support ability, telephone skills and basic industry knowledge.
• While some experience would be an advantage, a positive, solutions-oriented approach and customer-focus are what will really drive your success.
• Besides Swedish we require fluent English to communicate with our international colleagues.
• Knowledge of measurement procedures is a plus
