For our Versasec office in Uppsala, Sweden we are seeking a permanent, full-time
TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
We are expanding in the Nordics and are looking for a new colleague to our Uppsala office. This position will have three main focus areas.
Services
Acting as a technical consultant, you will provide pre-sales technical assistance and guidance during the whole sales process by identifying customers' technical and business requirements, give technical presentations about our products and its benefits and support the sales team and partners on proposal activities, be the link to the Versasec R&D team and help design customized solutions.
You will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting Versasec's products for our customers.
You will work with our product management team, providing feedback on issues with current products and providing input around new products.
Cloud
Besides traditional on-premise deployments Versasec also offers identity and access management solutions in the cloud. This position includes a part in our cloud task force. You will be researching, developing and maintaining current and future versions of our cloud offers.
Internal
We also need to expand on our internal projects group. Depending on your past experience and knowledge this might be something we want your help with. Please also state in your application what experience you have in IT that is not directly related to the area where Versasec operates.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:
Technical background in IT - ideally specialized in IAM, cryptography, certificates, PKI, HSMs and smart cards.
Willingness to support customers' requests and demonstrated enthusiasm in customer interactions.
A technology-related university degree or equivalent past experience.
Outstanding verbal and written English and Swedish languages communication skills and ability to work in an international, multi-cultural team. Knowledge in other languages are something we value highly.
Professional and credible demeanor, creativity, and comfortable giving sales presentations and webinars.
Ability to manage projects, plan and prioritize your own time
Comfortable to travel and meet customers onsite in the Nordics

Our Uppsala office is located in plan4 at ihus. Close to Kvarnen. The office offers lounge areas, massage chair, a roof terrace.
