Overview
The European Product Management (EPM) department, part of Business Unit Health and Medical Solutions, is a strong contributor to the Inco business, and is responsible for driving and owning the TENA Incontinence assortment. EPM has a key decision making and business oriented role and cooperates closely with the Global Category, R&D, Supply, and the markets.
We are now looking to recruit a business oriented, analytical, and driven person to join our team of Technical Article Managers (TAMs).
The role as Technical Article Manager (TAM) is a key position within EPM, and is responsible for coordinating and securing a competitive, relevant and cost effective product portfolio, and to bring it to market through our extensive market channels. All in line with the overall strategy of the business.
The TAM is the article owner for a specific product area with European responsibility, and is thereby essential for business growth and profitability. The main task is to deliver according to product strategy and business plan, and through Innovation and activity roadmap secure delivery of new products. You will also be responsible for supporting the growth of the business through securing product quality, leading material changes and driving market requests.



Main Responsibilities
Secure strong link to R&D and Innovation teams, by continuously providing input to innovation projects on assortment expertise, ongoing quality improvements and material rationalizations
Drive a competitive assortment through reducing complexity in manufacturing and cost/quality optimizations
Drive, coordinate, support, and implement cost and quality improvement projects and customer adaptations. Securing a close link to the markets to understand and align EU demands
Owner of the article specifications of the designated product assortment
Review complaints and drive quality improvement activities
Sponsor and lead material change activities.
Be the owner of the technical file and relevant product information file related to the designated assortment

Experience and Qualification Requirements
High Business interest and understanding (customer and market)

Analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Pro-active and goal oriented
High ability to deliver results
Ability to work in international networks
Fully proficient in English, both verbally and written
University degree in Business or Engineering
Preferably at least 3-5 years' experience in similar position

Additional Information
The Assortment team is based in Gothenburg, but the position can be based at any of our SCA offices in Europe.
Travel will be required 20-25 days throughout the year.
