We are now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join us at G+D Mobile Security for a permanent position based in Stockholm.
Your role
In your role at G+D you will:
Offer technical support to the Sales domain in product promotion tasks (meetings with customer, sales presentations, forecasting, etc.)
Train the customer in the use of G+D products
Be responsible for one or more specific technologies/products, being the "expert" in which the rest of the members of the organization will be supported
Providing technical consulting services, identifying customer needs and promoting G+D products
Defining and creating MNO SIM and eSIM Profiles
Project Management in terms of migrating from traditional SIM to eSIM and or new SIM HW platforms
MNO SIM and eSIM applet modifications and adaptions
Who are you?
University degree in technical area or similar
Work experience in telecommunications area (e.g. project or product manager, development)
Good analytic and decision making skills
Willing to take initiative and responsibility
Good social, communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
