Right now we are looking for a recruiter on a temporary basis until the end of the year to begin with. You will be part of a diverse and international team located in Lund, Gothenburg and Stockholm supporting our digital transformation.
What you 'll do
The mission for the recruitment team is to enable the future success and growth of Volvo Cars by proactively identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates. We strive to deliver an excellent candidate experience that will lead us to becoming the employer of choice.
As our new Recruiter, you will be part of the team supporting Consumer & Enterprise Digital. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. Also, you will ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our Volvo Cars Culture by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you probably have a university degree and a couple of years' experience in recruitment/search, preferably within IT, digital, engineering. A suitable background is as a recruiter or researcher from a well-recognized search firm. It is a plus if you have experience in proactive search and have worked in a global environment. We also see experience and certifications in psychometric tests such as Matrigma and MAP as qualifying. Last but not least you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.
Competence and experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged and who wants to exceed expectations in delivery. You need to be fearless when it comes to reaching out to passive candidates and have the ability to sell what we have to offer, which is a lot by the way. Since we work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills.
