Improove has a strong position in the market and working with customers such as Gymgrossisten, Urbanears, Stenbolaget, Marshall headphones, Stanley Security, Junkyard, Swedol, Picadeli, Tylö and others. Improove are working on two of the world's strongest e-commerce platforms; Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Improove consists of 30 employees and has their office at Kungsholmstorg in central Stockholm. They are expanding and are now looking to strengthen up their development team with a Technical Lead. Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Technical Lead at Improove you will be responsible for the technical solution in the client projects. You will be leading a team of both frontend and backend developers involved in the delivery of e-commerce services that are mainly produced on the Magento platform. The role implies responsibility and ownership for defining and delivering technical solutions to Improove's clients, as well as maintenance and development of the platforms.
Your role will be divided in two main responsibilities where you are both involved in the development lifecycle and leading the team with focus on the technical delivery in customer projects. This means that you will have a lot of contact with the clients to gather and analyse their requirements and translate them into technical solutions according to the company's models. You will be supported by solution architects and client managers.
Kvalifikationer• Computer Science or related technical degree is qualifying
• At least 3 years of experience working with web development and e-commerce
• Experience working in development teams
• You have good technical knowledge in web based development with focus on PHP and MySQL
• Experience in Magento is highly qualifying
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in English; Swedish is a plus
