What we're looking for
Our team of developers and architects is growing and we're looking for a new Tech Lead to join our team. You will be working closely with our Tech Director Johan (
https://www.linkedin.com/in/johanuddstahl/) and Tech Lead Tobias (
https://www.linkedin.com/in/tobiassunnanangs/) in managing the development team at Humblebee.
Maybe you're a Senior Developer who enjoys mentoring and coaching other developers? Maybe you've already worked as a Technical Lead or Technical Manager for a while and you're looking for a change of scenery? Our way of working
Our work is driven by the user experience. We extend this notion to technical architecture and solutions by being informed by domain-driven design, meaning our software should reflect the client's business and not be just a technical-jargon construct. We prefer micro-services rather than monoliths and love the cloud and the possibilities it gives for creating performant, reliable and secure applications that scale over time.
What we expect from you
As a Tech Lead at Humblebee you'll be managing a team of developers. This mean you will be conducting salary and performance reviews, as well as driving team performance by coaching and supporting developers and architects. In this role you will also play a key part in hiring and resource allocation for the development team.
Since this isn't just any team lead role, but a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in the development of our tech stack, tools and working methods. You will become one of the "go to people" for software development best practice questions.
In addition to managing the team, all our leads also work on client assignments as part of a cross functional product team. Most of the time that means you will be responsible for setting the architecture and/or managing the product team.
