What you will do
Your main responsibility is to lead our newly created Markets and Consumer team. You and your team will develop new IoT products for the Fortum Markets organization. You will work closely with the Markets organization to ensure that team continuously deliver great products to our 2,4 million customers. You and your team will work to constantly improve by doing code reviews, doing tech talks and so on. In order to be successful, you need to have a strong background as java developer and being used to coaching other developers, you should also have a strong passion for Internet of Things and if you have developed products for IoT before that is a big plus.
You will report to the VP Engineering and be based in Stockholm

What we need
You are a multi-skilled, solution oriented person with a positive can-do attitude. You are capable of working cross-functionally and internationally in a fast changing environment. In our work things can change fast, so you are also flexible to changes in priorities.
You have experience from Spring Boot, AWS, Jenkins, Docker, coaching other developers, system architecture, CI/CD, TDD, building/using APIs, NoSQL, agile development.
You have an applicable university level education. You speak and write fluent English (Swedish is not needed).
