About the role
At Kindred we build distributed systems that handle millions of transactions each day. Our development teams deliver new features on a daily basis, doing thousands of releases every year. We believe in releasing small and often, building for change, automating as much as possible and continuously improving the way we work. You will be a key component in this. As a Tech Collaboration Lead at the Stockholm office you'll be a part of the Tech Central Services team, a central hub for cross-departmental functions in Tech. Our Tech Organisation is made up of more than 200 people spread across the world, therefore we have some defined ways of working that ensure TTM.
What you will be doing
You'll be responsible for the governance and continuous improvement of our ways of working and forums within our Tech organisation, working closely with stakeholders inside and outside of Tech. This will include ensuring that our ways of working and forums are working well and known throughout the organisation, identifying areas where we can collaborate even better and supporting education where needed. You will together with the Head of Tech Central Services create a vision and a strategy for how we work within our Tech organisation and how we create great collaboration with the rest of the Kindred group. Active listening and openly gathering feedback will be key in this role as we are here to support our tech organisation to deliver best customer experience. We work together with our Tech organisation and the Kindred group to improve how we work, we don't dictate.
