About the role
You'll will govern and continuously improve of our ways of working and forums within our Tech organisation, working closely with stakeholders inside and outside of Tech. This will include ensuring that our ways of working and forums are working well and known throughout the organisation, identifying areas where we can collaborate even better and supporting education where needed. You will support the Tech Management team and CTO, administrating Tech management meetings and forums with integrity and trust. Active listening and openly gathering feedback will be key in this role as we are here to support our tech organisation to deliver best customer experience. A key stakeholder group for us are the Tech managers that we work together with on a day-2-day basis.
