BSH Home Appliances AB is now looking for a Teamleader for outbound to join our team in Nykvarn.
Your tasks
Are you skilled in team organization and process optimization, as well an effective leader and communicator? At BSH we are now looking for a new Teamleader for our Outbound team in our warehouse in Nykvarn.
Your tasks as teamleader for outbound would be very varied. You would structure and organize the tasks of outbound process team on the warehouse floor. You would also instruct the outbound team in such things as handling, work safety and processes. You will also monitor productivity and quality achievement of the Outbound team. Lastly it would be on you as a teamleader to create lean process structures in the warehouse.
Who are you?
In order to be successful in this role, we see that you have previous experience in warehouse operations for white goods, and that you are an effective leader and communicator. We believe that you have basic computer skills and you are skilled in team organization and process optimization. You need to be stress-resistant and be able to work in a shift system. Furthermore you need a clamp-truck driving license.
