BSH Home Appliances AB is now looking for a Teamleader Oubound to join our team in Nykvarn.

Your tasks
Your tasks will be to lead a team of Warehouse workers but also work operationally with the tasks below:
• Structure and organize the tasks of outbound team on the warehouse floor
• Instruct the Inbound team in such things as handling, work safety and processes
• Monitor productivity and quality achievement of the Outbound team
• Create lean process structures
Who are you?
• Effective leader and communicator
• In order to be successful in this role, we see that you have previous experience in warehouse operations
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Good computer skills
• Forklift truck driving license
• Problem-solving skills
• You need to be stress-resistant and be able to work shift times
