Volvo Car Group owns and operates Hällered Proving Ground (HPG). The plant is located 15 km from Borås / 70 km outside Gothenburg and shared between Volvo Car Group and Volvo Group. Testing is an important part of Volvo's development. Durability, comfort, performance, reliability and safety are qualities that are constantly tested throughout our tracks, which we operate around the clock.
HPG - 91830 is part of Volvo Cars Research and Development department, and contains 8 groups with a total of 160 employees.
We are now looking for a Teamleader Maintenance Tracks to our group 91832 Maintenance at HPG.
The main responsibility for the Teamleader Tracks, is to plan maintenance activities and to secure operations during winter conditions at our test tracks (in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager). You will be part of our skilled Maintenance team (20 persons), who all play important roles in the daily operations of our complete facility, including tracks, buildings, test rigs, machines, water treatment plants, etc.

Main responsibilities
* Preventive and corrective maintenance
* Interruption prevention and reliability optimization
* Report and work order handling in our maintenance system Maximo
* Actively participate during team meetings, contribute to constant development and improvement
* Interface towards suppliers and customers
* Supervise and secure durability of vehicles, equipment and machines within the area
* Quotation and purchase request handling within the area
Required qualifications
* Education within the maintenance area, or equivalent working experience
* At least 5 years broad working experience within the maintenance area
* C driving license
* Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Swedish and English
* Good knowledge of working methods and systems (for roads):
+ Knowledge of AMA 13 framework (focus on roads)
+ Road maintenance
+ Winter maintenance
+ Asphalt knowledge
Meritorious competence
* Previous asphalt courses within the area of road maintenance
* Previous work experience from maintenance systems (Maximo etc.)
* Driving license: CE, YKB
