hela Sverige We are now looking for a Teamleader to our Nordic Service Department. As Teamleader your main areas of responsibility will be to establish, maintain, develop and control a cost effective service concept for Living products within Panasonic Nordic. As Teamleader you will control and coordinate our service business within the Nordic countries and also contribute in projects developing the Service operations.
Your main work tasks will be:
Identifying and delivering commercially viable and adventageous service solutions, supporting after sales activities and innovation
Be the Nordic Service representative and attend local meetings with management to ensure the service business is providing the appropriate level of support
Motivate and lead a team of staff for product returns from mass and independent retailers for consumer and RDO products for the Nordic countries.
Provide management reporting to identify performance issues against KPI' s in e-mail, telephone support, and B2B service provision
Manage the service networks, including account management, provision of training, audits and support of Service dealers
Review existing contracts and assist with the creation of new contracts for ASC's and business partners
We expect you to have technical and economical understanding, high level of knowledge in writing and communicating in at least one Scandinavian language and in English. We also expect you to have knowledge of Sales Act and Consumer Sales Act in national law. It is also important to have SAP knowledge on key user level.
As a person we think you are flexible, solution minded and deliver a high standard of service to internal as well as exernal customers. As a teamleader for the Nordic organizaton you will report tomanagement in the North West Service Cluster which are located in UK.
