In Inside Sales some of your future tasks is to actively work with customer contacts and close deals within given frameworks. The work also includes being responsible for sales support. Customer contact sales and account executives around customer contact and administrative tasks.
Area of responsibility
• Sales operational tasks
• Increase gross profit
• Check order backlog
• Pricing
• Forecasts
• Collaboration with internal key functions
Qualifications
• Solution-oriented team player
• Proven experience in sucessfully understanding the needs of customer and sales and eager to give first class support
• Technology and product knowledge / interest
• Understanding of Techstep's operations and the customer's operations
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English - both written and oral
• Good business and market understanding
• Advantage if you have been working in Visma.net
