HR Service Centre is a part of IKEA AB and delivers HR-related services to IKEA companies in Sweden. We are about 85 co-workers and we offer services such as: Payroll, Recruitment, Laws & Agreements, Work environment & Health, Pension & Insurance.

Team Manager - for Talent Management IKEA AB, HR Service Centre Älmhult

As Team Manager, Talent Management, your task is to lead and develop the area of Talent Management within IKEA ABs HR Service Centre and IKEA SE. This includes securing both business and people needs now and in the future in line with the IKEA People Strategy and Growth Agenda. You will lead a team of HR Specialists within the areas of Employer Branding, Recruitment, Learning & Training, Career Centre and Management Trainee Program.
Some of your assignments:
Lead and develop the business area Talent Management, adding value to IKEA SE
Lead and develop your co-workers according to the IKEA HR Idea
Ensure we are in line with global mandatory principles and guidelines and lead implementation of necessary changes
Responsible for turning global and local strategies into action
Contribute to the operational and strategic development of HR Service Centres services
Full responsibility for team budget
Managing talent and succession for your team
Is this your next challenge?
To be successful in this role you need to have:
A minimum of 3 years experience of working with Talent Management on a strategic level (i.e recruitment, succession planning, competence development)
Preferable 4 years of documented experience from leading others
University degree or equivalent working experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
