RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
We are looking for a team manager for our Order to Delivery (OTD) team, within the global IT organization. You will have the overall responsibility for the team's delivery towards our customers as well as the responsibility of developing a strong OTD team.
You will be part of the management team for BCM (business change management) and together with your colleagues continue to develop this organization and our service delivery.
You will have the responsibility of establishing a strong and positive relationship between IT and its internal customers.
In detail, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Be a business partner with a proactive approach. Anticipate market and changing business requirements through close cooperation with key stakeholders both inside and outside IT.
• Develop and establish an organizational culture within the OTD team that embeds a "passion for business as well as IT" and a "can-do mentality"
• As a subject matter expert, actively work in projects and with smaller IT developments
• Have a strong business and customer focus in order to understand and continuously improve productivity and efficiency
The position is permanent, reports to the IT Director BCM and is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
You have at least 5 years documented experience working with SAP SD, configuration and projects. Experience from managing smaller or bigger teams within IT is a merit.
As a person you are self-motivated, well organized and service minded. You take initiative, drive performance and have a forward way of thinking, combined with a commercial mindset. You also have a natural curiosity combined with the ability to link IT with business. You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy sharing knowledge within the organization.
The position will entail working globally with different people and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
