hela Sverige Barona is now looking for a Team Leader to Formica's warehouse in Perstorp.

About the role
This is an opportunity to take full accountability for Formica's day-to-day operations in the warehouse. You will be responsible for delivering processes and working procedures including resource management and scheduling of both technical resources and employees. As a team leader, you support the Warehouse manager in continuous improvement activities and cost saving initiatives.
Key accountabilities for this role
• Organize the work of the teams on a daily basis
• Ensure inventory management: deviation, stocking, invoicing
• Ensure onboarding and integration of new employees
• Ensure team evaluations and personnel related administration
• Order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and service quality
• Scheduling and coordination of smaller production at site
• Take active responsibility for ensuring safe actions
Qualifications/Profile
To be considered for this role you must speak fluent Swedish and English. We are looking for an organized and structured Team Leader who thrive in changing environments and have a future focused mind set, always looking for opportunities and bringing fresh ideas to the organisation.
It's a big plus if you have previous experience from warehouse operations or production line but it is not a must. Most probably you have been a leader of a team before and enjoy coordinating and lead others. Formica is applying LEAN methodologies so if you have experience from working or leading others in LEAN.
