Position description
Within the CAE section, we are now looking for a feasibility engineer experienced in simulation of sheet metal forming, who can lead our stamping competence team. Our team is involved in the design and development of the car and its body components from early stage until start of production. The team works close together with the design engineers to improve products according to process requirements. In the next step the feasibility result will be handed over to the Tooling Supplier to be implemented. As a team leader you will be responsible to lead and develop the team of Stamping Engineers.
Skills & Requirements
• BSc in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years work experience within the competence area
• High knowledge in: Catia v5

Geometry (Tolerancing)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver license
To be successful in this role, you should have good leadership skills. You also have a strong analytical capability and use logic and methods to solve problems in an efficient manner, with the customer needs in mind. You have a desire to develop technical and personal skills with high level of motivation and a positive attitude.
