Atlas Copco Rocktec Division is facing exciting new challenges and is currently seeking a team leader for software testing. To utilize our test resources in a more efficient way and spread knowledge within the organization, all testing resources will be led and coordinated by this role.
The work includes to build up an efficient testing organization in Örebro, with support from our software and test competence center in Bangalore.
You will also drive the development of new test methods and tools. The long term vision is to have a major part of the software tested automatically.
You will be based in Örebro for Atlas Copco's Mining and Rock excavation business area. Today there are 100+ developers at the automation department.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
• You have a BSc or MSc in Computer science or equivalent
• You have solid experience in software testing
• Experience from work with agile software development teams
• You have experience with test tools like Test stand or similar
• Experience from coordinating global teams is a plus
• Experience with unit testing is a plus
• Mining application experience is a plus
