The company was founded at 2010 and was expanding rapidly since that time. Today we have around 130 employees. Companies business concept is to have a control of production process from raw material to ready product, and at the same time to develop our competitveness constantly.
Now we plan to make a step of evolving in our Production department and looking for a new staff for following position:
Team Leader in production department
Job description:
• To schedule staff based on the production planning and the budget
• To organize vacations for your department without losing strength in production
• To make sure production follows the production planning for your team.
• Check the cleaning of your area before you start production in the morning and before your team goes home. If it is not good, inform your team and make sure they fix the problem.
• Always make sure all of the equipment in your area is put in correct place, that nothing is missing and that everything is in good condition.
• Always make sure that your team is following hygiene-rules and companys policies. If they are not following the rules, explain the correct way for them and make sure they understand.
• Always make sure the goals for speed is being followed. If any deviations occur, report the situation to department manager.
• Attend daily team leader meeting.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 yeas experience in such position.
• Knowledge in MS Office.
• You should be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently. Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
Salary:
• Offered salary is agreed within SLA union. Late working hours and overtime paid additionally. Salary increase during your worked year duration according SLA union regulations.
