The most important enabler of Nordea's business transfor-mation to meet the future demands of our customers and markets is the Core Banking Programme (CBP). CBP is im-plementing a simplified product portfolio for deposit and lending, digitalised processes supporting the products and customer data (e.g. on-boarding) and a new IT platform supporting this for Nordea in the Nordics.
The position we offer
We seek a team leader for our products team within lending products. As a part of our Simplification effort and in connection to implementation of a common core banking platform, we are replacing our local products portfolios with a common Nordic portfolio to be applied in all four Nordic countries. The team leader will together with the team drive this work, supported by local product teams.
The qualifications you need
You deliver on Great Leadership by engaging and motivating people within your area of responsibility to reach out for our vision, and by creating a team with the competences and dynamics to make it happen.
You provide timely and well-documented feedback, coach, assess performance, hold direct reports accountable for their performance, communicate and show direction to enable direct reports to cooperate and execute.
Further to the above, we expect that you:
• have solid experience within lending products and processes
• show comprehensive understanding of the different capability areas within the lending landscape and can mirror these in product features
• have strong analytical and project skills and are motivated by driving things forward
• are recognised as a high-performer, acknowledged for your independent drive, result orientation, analytical mindset and business intuition
• have strong interpersonal skills that you use effectively to drive results in the programme and when interacting with the rest of the organisation
• motivate team-spirit and possibility-driven attitude in order to achieve self-organizing team
