The ambition of Packaging Materials division is to be a global leader in circular economy with our high-quality renewable packaging materials based on both virgin and recycled fiber. Addressing the needs of today's eco-conscious consumers, we help customers and brand owners to find the best material for their packaging and to replace fossil-based materials with low carbon footprint, renewable and recyclable alternatives. A wide selection of barrier coatings enables the design and optimisation of packaging for various demanding consumer and industrial packaging end uses.
We are now looking for a TCS Manager, responsible for technical service to key customers in the Liquid Packaging Board segment. The TCS position represents a vital part of the Key Account Team. The TCS Manager is employed by Stora Enso Skoghall Mill and reports to Quality Manager.
The Liquid Packaging Board segment is working with all the major global LPB companies which all have high requirements on product quality and technical support. Do you have the skills, customer focus and the enthusiasm to join our team?
Tasks
The TCS Manager is responsible for complaint handling within Skoghall mill and should ensure information flow towards customer and production in order to meet customer requirements. You will be an important link between the mill and sales & marketing regarding product development, supporting your colleagues with in-depth product knowledge.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Solve technical claims and communicate with customers * Find solutions to technical inquiries and ensure that answers are given to customers
• Proactive communication and presence with customers
• Administration of complaints and providing operational statistics
• Assisting and supporting customers when having technical difficulties or improvement opportunities * Provide internal trainings
• Assist in organizing and hosting mill visits for customers * Provide input to product development from technical and production perspectives
• Take an active part in trial order follow-up and technical evaluation
• Support product upgrades and new product launches from technical point-of-view at the mill
• Participate in R&D projects when relevant.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have a Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant technical area and are a specialist in product and board production knowledge. In addition, you have advanced knowledge in converting and packaging end-use, and are excellent in communication and presentation.
You have good communication skills in both verbal and written Swedish and English, and additional language skills are considered an advantage. You have a proactive and service-minded attitude, ability to analyse information and take initiatives, and you are a good team player. You have a structured approach and the ability to do independent work and take decisions in different customer situations.
Moreover, you have the readiness to travel, at times extensively or on short notice.
