Task Leader/Attribute Realization Engineer to Vehicle Energy Efficiency Program and Analysis, to secure execution of new legal regulation and new Powertrain system to fulfil CO2 and RANGE requirement.

As more and more of Volvo 's key markets are implementing legislation, taxation and incentives in order to ensure that the automotive industry delivers improved Fuel Economy and RANGE, the business impact of the attribute area Vehicle Energy Efficiency has increased strongly.
The attribute Vehicle Energy Efficiency is responsible for strategies, requirements, competence- and process development to meet future RANGE and CO2 challenges. Today we are appr 40 engaged engineers within the attribute. We have taken the challenge transforming from focus on CO2 emissions to get the best Energy Efficiency in our vehicles. This is a demand from the market when we going for electrified vehicles. The work is across P&Q - from energy need to energy sources. We are working to fulfil the target set for future vehicles and market needs, at the same time as we need to secure our competiveness.
What you'll do
As Task Leader/Attribute Realization Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects, cross-functional and make sure that the car programs reaches there expectations and goals. It also involves coordinate different department and give them right requirements. The main purpose is to move Volvo Cars environmental strategy forward, and making Volvo Cars one of the leading car manufacturers regarding Vehicle Energy Efficiency and RANGE.
You will also:
* Manage and develop the Vehicle energy efficiency assignment with a cross-functional team to secure deliveries and results.
* Responsible to create assignment time plans which meet the overall project plan.
* Make forecast for CO2 and RANGE. Set official data for CO2 and RANGE.
* Report the assignment status and decisions to the programs and the team (Product owner)
* Report deviations and propose road-maps.
* Develop and implement common tools and processes for all task leaders in the attribute.
* Teach the organization about our attribute when it is in constant change.
Do you fit the profile?
* Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineer
* Skilled PC user and experience of MS Office, Lotus Notes and KDP
* Experience of working with product development
* Experience of leading project or different task.
