JOB PURPOSE
Elisa Polystar enables Communications Service Providers to achieve excellence in Customer Experience Management, Big Data Analytics, Service Assurance, Network Monitoring and Service Enablement. We help CSPs to simplify their CEM strategies and drive operational efficiency through real-time network analytics. Elisa Polystars ' real-time Network and Customer Insights uncover a goldmine of data, which yields indispensable analytics to CSPs.
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) department plays a critical role in ensuring overall revenue growth to Elisa Polystar. The Technical Account Manager is an integral part of the sales cycle, collaborating with the Business Region Director to expand the breadth and depth of Elisa Polystar services and product adoption.
Reporting to Global TAM Director.
ROLE DESCRIPTION & JOB DUTIES
Every day will bring interesting, challenging and rewarding experience on the job while you:
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Engage with your customers to understand business needs, develop, and own the technical relationship with the customer.
Effectively handle all presales duties such as demo, presentations, proof of concept, RFI/RFP and assist in the technical sales process.
Design future proof solutions including hardware and software licenses that best fits customer requirements.
Collecting all customer network information required for the design, implementation, and configuration of the solution.
Technically qualify opportunities and decide the fit vs. Elisa Polystar solutions Follow up with the customer in post-sales phase.
Presenting new solution/features and company roadmap.
Work closely with peers in CTOO/PO/PSO/Service organizations to ensure that the Customer's requirements are fulfilled, and their expectations met.

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5 years' experience from working with Wireless Communication Service Providers or Service Assurance solution provider.
Understanding the specific needs and challenges of Wireless CSP's from an Operational Support System (OSS) perspective.
Previous customer facing experience as a technical lead
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a complex environment.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Presentation skills: equally good with both large and small audiences.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Deep understanding of one or more of the following areas:
2G/3G/4G/5G/VoLTE & IMS protocols
NFV and virtualization
Core/access network relationship in voice and packet core domains
How to derive commercial value from network data
Telecom data science
Big data concepts
Cost/Value analysis
Have good level of English. Work level of other languages is a merit

Preferred experience and/or knowledge
Experience with Elisa Polystar's OSIX Monitoring system
Experience with Kalix Analytics solution
Understanding of automation solutions for network optimization and operation
