We are a newly established group-wide financial services unit within the TRATON Group building on Scania Financial Services. The corporate group includes Scania, MAN, Navistar, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus LLC, among others.
With a presence in over 65 markets, we are already one of the most global private actors in the financial services industry.

Currently we are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to strengthen our central People & Culture department.

Within this position you will report directly to Chief HR Officer TFS.

In this role you will closely work with the CHRO on diverse global projects developing guidelines for our Talent Management processes and providing high-level support and advice in the areas of Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, in alignment with the People & Culture strategy.

The position is hybrid and is based at TRATON Financial Services HO in Södertälje.

Main responsibilities will include:
Implement and maintain employer branding strategy and employer relations
Conducting competence mapping and gap analysis in order to ensure targeted learning & development paths for all Talents
Maintaining databases of employee information such as resumes, job duties, projects completed, education levels, certifications, and performance reviews
Recruiting new employees through networking with candidates to identify potential hires who meet company requirements
Steering the strategic workforce planning based on workload requirements and available resources based on current and future business needs
Ensure systematic succession planning process
Maintain close collaboration with internal key stakeholders in Group and brands.

If you have:
demonstrated solid understanding about managing and developing creative programs in a fast-paced environment,
experience performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with staff throughout all hierarchy levels, including negotiation at all levels,
result-driven mindset with a "hands-on" personality and an entrepreneurial spirit paired with excellent communication skills,
experience in project work with the ability to prioritize is required,
flexibility and easiness to adapt to dynamic environment across diverse cultures,
MSc degree in human resources, administration, economics, finance or any other relevant academic background
5+ years of experience in Talent Management, preferably within a larger Group
very good knowledge of English both in writing and speech.
