We are talking about be one of Global process owners in shaping and carrying out Global Talent Management Program for 25 markets and 120.000 employees
The company have one of HQ in the Öresund region and the position as Talent Leader/ recruiter will be placed here. This is a absolute strategic position on a group level in a multi billon dollar company.
Key words are : Talent Pipeline & Performance Management
As Talent Leader you are an internal head hunter. You are supporting all projects within the department focusing on building up core competences within the company as well as ensuring internal talent pipeline to strengthen succession. Among others, your responsibility is to build a well-functioning talent pool for decided roles, work with career paths but also processes like internal assessment centers and organisational reviews. You build a strong internal network, arranging local talent days and finding the right talent within our internal organization.
Thera are couple of must.
• 5-10 years of experience from relevant positions
• Proven experience from recruitment or search functions
• Experience of working with succession methods and tools as well as management and competence reviews are seen as advantage
• Experience working internationally
• Assessment center experience
• High business understanding and focus
• Very good communicator and influencer
• Very good networkings skills
• Tactical and operational abilites
• Very good problem solving skills
• Analytical thinking
• Very good English
You must have experience from working in a large scope and on a International or global level.
You must have experience from roll out projects within HR or Talent Management in e.g different time zones, for minimun +5.000 employees.
It goes with the job that you know very well the concept of EVP and EB and how its connected with TM, Talent Pipeline, Performance Management and overall business strategies.
