Friday is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Support on behalf of Flexlink who will join Coesia Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise.
As a Talent Acquisition Support you will collaborate with the international Talent Acquisition team supporting with candidate sourcing, CV screening, reference calling and adverts for FlexLink. Your focus will be within the recruitment and selection of junior and senior profiles, both nationally and internationally, across Europe. You will also be involved in a series of projects aimed at nurturing the company talent pool and attracting the best talents also through employer branding and strategic hiring initiatives.
You will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden in the FlexLink HQ where you will work closely with other HR Business Partners/Talent Acquisition and report to the Talent Acquisition North & Central Europe Coordinator.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to understand recruiting needsPerforming sourcing and selection activities according to the requested profiles, choosing and activating the correct source channels.Performing supportive tasks such as writing adverts/job descriptions, calling references and other administrative tasks.Supporting decision making processes on recruitment through market insights and data.Updating internal ATS according to the ongoing selection processes, making sure it is always up to date and handled as per group guidelines and in compliance with GDPR.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
To succeed in this role, you need to:
Have a higher degree in HR or similar or equivalent work experience.Be fluent in English in both speech and writing.Have the ambition to learn and grow within an HR organization with focus on recruitment
The following are appreciated but not mandatory:
Previous experience in recruitment.Knowledge of Swedish or German.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is that the assignment will result in a permanent position at the client company.
