Lantmännen now has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Group Talent Acquisition team and we can offer you the opportunity to acquire valuable professional experience and grow with us, from field to fork.
This is what you will
As a part-time Talent Acquisition Student Assistant, you will be a part of our internal Talent & Performance team at group level at Lantmännen. You will be supporting the talent acquisition team in the processes where we are recruiting specialists and managers, mainly to our Swedish businesses. As our businesses cover our value chain from agriculture, machinery, to bioenergy, food and real estate, you will get unique insights in different industries and support in recruitments in a vast range of categories such as production, operations, HR, marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, finance and more.
You will mainly work and support with cv screening, sourcing on LinkedIn, conducting phone interviews, reference checks but you might also drive some projects of your own. Other administrative or supportive tasks in the TA/HR area will occur.
For the position, we hope that you will be able to start during the fall with a possibility of extension or permanent employment after finishing your studies. We expect you to be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility to adapt the scope continuously. You will be located in our office in Malmö or Stockholm and you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Ongoing studies of a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g., HR or similar with at least two semesters left until graduation.
- Some previous work experience from supportive or customer-centric roles. If you have previous experience from talent acquisition/recruitment it is considered a plus.

Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.

The possibility to work approximately 10-15 hours a week.
