We are currently growing our TA team and hiring for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a TA Specialist at Star Stable, you keep momentum in our recruitment processes and play a huge part in bringing talents to us as we continue to scale our organization.
We are looking for someone that really wants to take ownership of recruiting to a new product and team. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment activities and can independently identify when improvements need to be made in your sourcing strategy. You work closely with our Chief People Officer while partnering with other members of the TA function.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Star Stable you will:
• Drive full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing to closing.
• Work together with the HR BP on setting priorities and identify staffing needs.
• Work with the Lead TA on KPIs, employer branding strategies for the product line and identifying areas of improvement in the overall recruitment process.
• Support hiring managers to understand their needs, set up and adjust the assessment process to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Share tips and tricks with other members of the TA function to develop the overall ways of working.
• Attend events and other meetups together to attract candidates.
We believe that you:
• Take ownership of the recruitment process and independently identify when adjustments need to be made to your sourcing strategy.
• Are an excellent prioritizer and can drive the recruitment processes of multiple roles without losing quality and the candidate experience.
• Have at least four years of experience in a similar role.
• Have at least one year of experience working in-house at a product company.
• Are comfortable conducting interviews, writing ads and communicating using English. Most likely you have a background from an English speaking organization.
• Have a wide sourcing toolbox.
If you have experience recruiting for a startup or a brand new product it's considered a plus.
This role will have a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
