We are around 100 souls at Insurello and are dreaming of being approximately 250 by the end of 2022. Ambitious, right? That's why we need you - an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is willing to pull up your sleeves and make Insurello both grow and glow. At Insurello, things are moving fast and detailed instructions sometimes don't exist. This is why we really need you to be a self-starter able to swim in constantly changing waters. In this role, you will support our teams in the search for a new teammate. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from a start-up meeting with the team, sourcing, interviewing and of course, the sweetest part - signing & celebrating!

have worked as an in-house or agency recruiter for a couple of years;
have experience with managing a full-cycle recruitment process;
have a colorful personality and guts to let it out;
are well-organized, self-disciplined and just on the top of your stuff;
are fluent in English (other languages are definitely a big plus).
You will join our brave People&Culture team of five who are in the middle of the journey of setting Insurello's internal structure. Fun times!
