We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist specialized on Tech to join our People Experience Team, based in Stockholm.

Working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People Experience Team
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are beyond important for Hive's future success (No Talents - No Hive). Together with our awesome hiring managers (all super engaged in recruiting top talents to Hive!) you will drive the recruitment of Hive Streaming, with focus on tech roles.
You will...
• Run the full life-cycle of recruitment mainly for our Engineering teams but also other functions such as Alliance, Customer Success, Sales & Support
• Proactively network with potential candidates and source for specific needs, mainly software engineers
• Project management the whole recruitment process, by coordinate and initiate actions to meet delivery plan
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the whole process
• Initiate employer branding actions and strategies
• Help develop and improve the recruitment experience in general for everyone involved
Previous Experience
• 2+ years of experience from working with recruitment, working within tech recruitment is a requirement
• Track record of using innovative research, sourcing methods and networking for finding roles that are 'hard to fill' within the tech area
• Verbal and written fluency in English
