ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Job briefing with managers and HRBP - requirement profile analysis
• Preparing recruitment advertisements and announcements
• Database candidate search and pre-screening/ selection of incoming CVs
• Active search of candidates for the designated jobs
• Interviewing candidates
• Conduct fair, equal and professional evaluations of candidates
• Provide advisory support and recommendation to the business
• Define best appropriate resourcing strategy
• Building and managing talent pools
• Managing the recruitment process in accordance with the applicable procedures
• Building and managing relationships with recruiting Line managers and HRBPs
• Managing candidate processes and giving feedback to the candidates
• Playing a role of back-up for other recruitment colleagues in the country/team
• Participating in projects run by the Group Talent Management

In the Talent Acquisition Partner role your goal will be to bring talented individuals into various positions based mainly in the Electrolux Professional office in Ljungby.
You will own your responsibility area - people, business, and results. Hence you need to have a drive to deliver, pride in getting things done, the strength to overcome challenges, the ability to build and maintain good internal and external relationships.
With an emphasis on end-to-end recruitment, you will join our team in building the Electrolux employer brand. We will provide you with the opportunity of bringing your innovative way of working and thinking.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• A flexible approach to work and passion for recruiting are musts
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment (minimum 1-2 years), preferably in a Shared Services environment
• University degree
• Fluent Polish and English
• Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management
• A deep belief in personal ability to make a valuable difference to the business and a deep sense of core values that drive behavior
• Ability to build and manage deep, strong and trusting relationships with business and HR colleagues
• Excellent project management skills, including effective time management, an ability to work independently, skill at setting priorities and reliability at meeting deadlines
• Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure

• Desire to provide outstanding customer service
