We are currently recruiting for a System Administrator (systemsförvaltare) / Project Manager role with commencement in August.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable system administrator (systemförvaltare) with project management experience.
The role involves comprehensive and complete support for specific business systems, which includes ensuring operations run smoothly, liaising with relevant suppliers or internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues. Part of the work will involve creating and maintaining documentation and performing controls for existing solutions. The role will be a part of the Central IT group and based at IES HQ.
Responsibilities will also include managing projects to modernise our existing business processes by working with central departments to introduce appropriate digital solutions. Planned projects over the next 3 years includes reviewing our financial and HR systems, so experience in these areas is desirable.
Main duties will include
Managing projects to digitalise business processes within HR, Finance and other areas as required.
Maintaining maintenance plans and upgrade schedules.
Interacting with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure systems run according to business needs.
Creating or maintaining appropriate documentation for the systems for which the system administrator (systemförvaltare) is responsible.
Planning and delivering training for central system owners in all aspects of the relevant business processes and systems.
Ensure that agreements are up to date and correct.
Perform security reviews and follow ups.
Requirements
Qualification in information systems or similar.
Experience of working with information systems (systemförvaltning) with a focus on business processes. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PM3, PPS are a plus.
Recognised project management certification (Prince2, PMP, ...).
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.

As a new addition to our Central IT group, you will be a vital part of a small but effective team that is growing to meet the needs of a successful, expanding company.
