Join our Platform Team team as a Systems Manager, where you'll head a growing System and Support Team. You will work directly with user support on IT and systems, and you will also be leading other team members. Additionally, you will manage the existing procedures for IT Support, HW and SW purchasing, data and system security including monitoring and reactions to incidents. Part of your role will entail supporting theDevops team with infrastructure automation as well as computer environment configuration. This position isbased out ofour Malmö office, but your responsibilities will also cover our warehouse in Ängelholm, the data intelligence team in Aarhus, Denmark, and the physical stores in Copenhagen.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Coordinate workflow for the Support team including some direct user support
• Manage the office infrastructure including backup procedures, internal servers, network, etc.
• Purchase hard and software policies including vendor negotiations
• Assist the retail team with IT decisions and technical support
• Manage warehouse infrastructure together with the Logistic Team
• Handle administration across all business systems
• Provide computer installations and configurations
• Support developers in collaboration with the Devops team
• Manage data and system security (incl. GDPR) including policies and monitoring
• Automate the IT workflow and any other manual task
YOUR PROFILE
• Solid background in IT
• Detail and process oriented
• Passion for learning and trying new stuff - ideally you are trying out things and experimenting with servers and system developmentin your spare time
• Pragmatic and have a practical mindset
• Good people skills - both in providing a sublime user service and in managing people
• Fluent in English, as this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
