Open positions within Electric Drive Systems
The Electric Drive Systems Department at Vicura develops complete Electric (EV) and hybrid vehicle (HEV) drive systems, with projects ranging from complete drive system design to electric component sizing. The work is done closely with Control & Mechatronic Systems since control system development and calibration is an important cornerstone also for this area. Today we work with applications from light vehicles to heavy duty applications and are looking for more skilled and creative engineers to our team within the following disciplines:
Senior System Engineer - Electric and Hybrid Drive Systems (Systemingenjör elektriska drivsystem)
As a Senior System Engineer - Electric and Hybrid Drive Systems you will be involved from early concept evaluation to late industrialization phases of projects. Your responsibility will range from leading the development of complete electric/hybrid systems to participating in various customer projects with a wide variety of different roles. You are expected to take an active technical leader role since it is important to keep up-to-date with latest technology in order to maintain Vicura excellence within this area.
Senior System Engineer - Power Electronics
(Systemingenjör kraftelektronik)
As a Senior System Engineer - Power Electronics engineer you will be involved from early concept evaluation to late industrialization phases of projects. Your responsibility will range from leading the development of complete power electronic systems that fulfills requirements from performance, electrical safety, legal, production and customer perspectives to participating in various customer projects with wide different roles. You are expected to take an active technical leader role since it is important to keep up-to-date with latest technology in order to maintain Vicura excellence within this area.
Senior System Engineer - Energy storage system (ESS) (Systemingenjör energilagring)
As a Senior System Engineer - Energy storage system (ESS) engineer you will be involved from early concept evaluation to late industrialization phases of projects. Your responsibility will range from leading the development of complete ESS that fulfills requirements from performance, electrical safety, legal, production and customer perspectives to participating in various customer projects with wide different roles. You are expected to take an active technical leader role since it is important to keep up-to-date with latest technology in order to maintain Vicura excellence within this area.
General qualifications:
M.Sc. within the areas of Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics, Physics or similar, with a long experience from the electric and hybrid drive system area.
