IPInfusion (part of Access) is a leading software provider in the Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching and routing solutions for communication equipment as well as telecom / datacom & networking vendors. Our scalable, modular technology enables OEMs and ODMs to develop innovative access, carrier, enterprise, edge, and core networking equipment while reducing development expenses and increasing time in market.
IP Infusion is now searching for a FAE who will technically manage the EMEA region and grow our current base of business, while helping Sales to recruit new clients. He will be the technical contact throughout the sales and/or business development process. He is responsible for delivering professional technical support and trouble-shooting. He builds up customer long term relation-ships to win customer technical trust. He helps to grow product and service business. The position is based in Sweden.

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Pre-Design Win Support
• Educate customers technically on IPInfusion (Access) ZebOS software solutions, products and features to secure design wins.
• Remove any customer technical objections with ZebOS during the pre-design win stage.
• Install and train customers with ZebOS software and evaluation/demo units and ensure they are properly evaluating them, meeting appropriate success criteria.
• Understand the customers' technical requirements to ensure IPInfusion (Access) meets product schedule and deliverables.
• Manage the communication of technical information to customers.
• Assist in the technical response to customer RFI's.
Post Design Win Support
• Assist the customer in design, development, debug, and system test to ensure production suitability by acting as a focal point between customer and IPInfusion HQ based support teams.
• Support the customer product life cycle through extensive technical knowledge and ZebOS roadmap vision.
• Provide advice and support on upgrades and new feature set enhancements
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Personal Qualities, Skills and Experience:
• Degree (BSEE or MSEE) in Computer Science or Electronics and 2 years Minimum software development experience, with specialization on networking protocols.
• Relevant experience will include detailed understanding of NGN, and Edge Routing software architectures.
• Understanding of Home gateway technology and architectures an advantage
• Ability to work cross-country in a small field based team environment essential, with capability to frequent travelling within EMEA, supporting pre sales client opportunities.
• Extremely well organized and high self-motivation
• Ability to complete multiple task concurrently and deliver results under pressure
• Good English communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of
• C/C++ programming
• Ethernet switching, IP routing and MPLS -related protocols
• Linux architecture and application development tools
• vxWorks architecture and development tools would be a plus
• Cisco switch/router configuration would also be a plus.
