For our customer we are looking for a System Specialist - Contact Center. ( För Anställning)
Our customers Contact Center stands before interesting challenges. The number of agents' increases whilst the development continues of our technical platform with new functionality. The Contact Center platform is used by a numerous customer service centres within Sweden and the Baltic countries. The largest customer service centre is the Swedish phone bank that manages 60 million customer contacts each year.
The Contact Center maintenance and development team is looking for reinforcement by a System Development/Maintenance/Support Engineer.
Your mission: We are looking for you who want to work full-time within a maintenance and development team. The development tasks are mainly development of new services within the Contact Center platform. The maintenance tasks consists of troubleshooting "as level 3" (level 3 being the most skilled one), upgrading systems and applications and vendor and customer contacts.
Your experience and competence: The Contact Center platform is built upon a number of systems and applications. Nortel/Avaya IP Telephony, Genesys application platform and Trio IVR are the more central systems. User interface is developed in Java
Your skills would include:
Focus on application- and web development in Java/JEE, JavaScript, Struts and Ajax but also seek challenges within surrounding areas.
Knowledge within IP- telephony including SIP protocol.
A good understanding of database management regarding Oracle/SQL
Basic knowledge in areas of MS/OS and Unix
You have the ability to express yourself well in English both verbally and in writing
Who are we looking for? You must be able to operate independently and take responsibility for activities. Since you will take part in vendor and client meetings (also international) good business skills is required. It is also important that you are analytical and work methodically since a part of your assignment consists of troubleshooting.
You will be working within a group of 6 people.
