We are looking for a System Responsible to Business Intelligence within IT, a role where you will secure delivery to our business by leading your team in development and maintenance. You have a key role where you collaborate with our business, other roles within IT and our IT suppliers.
The service area business intelligence ensures that our clients have access to different business intelligence tools, such as report and analysis. You lead people both in Stockholm and distributed IT teams. You will have varied tasks both on daily basis and a tactical/ strategic level.
You will plan and coordinate new functionality regarding our BI-tools in close collaboration with representatives from your business area. You are also working continuously on improvements and make decisions about work processes and delivery within the system.
We are looking for someone who is an experienced leader and are confident in yourself. You have an empathetic and supportive capacity for your employees, and is a good communicator, both in Swedish and English .

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M System Responsible comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Provide effective and sustainable IT-solutions to our business, in accordance with the requirements and in line with the strategic objectives
• Lead decision-making meetings such as steering and prioritization meetings.
• Managing the distributed delivery team using agile methods
• Support, motivate and coach the team members
• Plan and follow up deliveries, budget, resources and competence needs
• Implement strategic and tactical decisions in the team
• Prioritize and coordinate incidents and problems, and cooperate with our operations department on the basis of SLA fulfillment current escalation / prioritization
• Work closely with our business, other roles within IT and our IT suppliers
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 3 years of experience in the Business Intelligence area.
• Understand BI solutions regarding data loading and quality
• Experience of business crucial IT projects and have the skill to understand and strengthen the interaction between business and IT.
• Good technical understanding how IT's decisions affect the business, such as what business value it creates
• Experience of Agile frameworks and processes
It is an advantage if you have experience from leading distributed teams. Previous experience from retail is an extra plus.
