Our DevOps team in Sales Online is very successful and the demand for the innovative solutions the team creates for our service platform are increasing day by day. Now we need to further strengthen the team with a System Responsible where you will be responsible to lead this successful team and ensure that the solutions are spread across H&M!
Online Sales is a the part of H&M?s IT Department where we develop and maintain the H&M webshop. We are a number of development teams and one of the key ones are the DevOps team. This team is a glue and a lubricant that makes the life easier for many other teams. Today there are 7 people in the team and now we ned a System Responsible that can both enable the team members to continue to grow, and also take the team even further within areas such as Continuous Delivery and Automation.
H&M is an exciting place to start an IT career! We open up at least one new store every weekday somewhere around the globe at the same time as we're expanding online. Your responsibilities
The job of an System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Be responsible for the budget and delivery for the DevOps team.
• Lead and develop the team and the people in the team. This includes to work with recruitments
• Lead the work with delivery automation and Continuous Delivery
• Spread the knowledge about DevOps, their work and products within other parts of the organisation
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Good technical understanding. Preferable from e-commerce solutions
• Knowledge about the infrastructure behind the solutions
• Good experience from development and Continuous Delivery
• Knowledge about, and experience from developing and manage DevOps processes
• Experience of leading development teams
• Good knowledge of different agile processes and methods
• Talk and speak both Swedish and English fluently
