We currently have the following job opening;
System Project Leader - Thermal Energy Management
The Module Team Thermal Energy Management develop hardware solutions for our new upcoming platforms and vehicles. We are responsible for the cooling system of the engine, the air intake to the engine and the climate system. Within the module team, you will be SPL - System Project Leader - working with a number of our vehicle and platform projects.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Lead and coordinate cross functional teams (System/design engineers, Purchasing, SQM, Manufacturing Engineering, CAE, validation, etc.) from Project Start gate to start of production.
• Drive, develop and finalize development of engineering solutions to meet project requirements.
• Follow up and support the supplier sourcing.
• Define, plan and monitor system development, testing and validation.
• Support vehicle builds.
• Align solution of conceptual issues with System Manager.
• Project report to UPL - Unit project leader - Powertrain
Profile and Background
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering
• 5 years' experience of Automotive engineering e.g. in development or testing
• Experience of project management according to common car industry development systems
• Excellent in driving a team to meet objectives, co-operation and networking
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.

• You need to be able to speak and write in such way that you're understood in the multi-language, multi-culture environment we're working in.
