We currently have the following job opening;
System Project Leader - Exhaust and Fuel system
The Module team Exhaust and Fuel System develop hardware solutions for our new upcoming platforms and vehicles. Within the module team, you will be SPL - System Project Leader
Your responsibility will be to support and align projects on System team level, cross our two System teams which consists of Fuel system and Exhaust system. You will work closely with the Module Team Director, senior managers and the System Managers to ensure correct deliveries to our different projects.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Lead and coordinate cross functional teams (System/design engineers, Purchasing, SQM, Manufacturing Engineering, CAE, validation, etc.) from Project Start gate to start of production
• Drive, develop and finalize development of engineering solutions to meet project requirements
• Follow up and support the supplier sourcing
• Define, plan and monitor system development, testing and validation
• Support vehicle builds
• Align solution of conceptual issues with System Manager
• Project report to UPL - Unit project leader - Powertrain
Profile and Background
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience of Automotive engineering
• Experience of project management according to common car industry development systems
• Experience within Powertrain development is required, Fuel and Exhaust experience is a plus
• Excellent in driving a team to meet objectives, co-operation and networking
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• You have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures
