hela Sverige We are hiring a System Owner - Output Manager to join our ERP & Applications team in Mölndal.
You will play a key role working with both strategic inputs as well as being in the details. Our team works closely with our global business functions, supporting 16-20 sites located in US, Europe and Asia. The business is constantly changing and we are an important function to implement new functionality, enhancements, support and maintenance.

We are looking for someone with experience from ERP systems that understands the business logics and how things are linked together through the systems. You will be responsible for the document output system, Exstream (former Streamserve), document management system, IDM and document archives (A3, Collector) and other document services related to our systems. In close cooperation with all business functions you will have a key role in manage layout changes, legal requirements, optimize printing processes, and support to global users.

The supplier of output systems (Infor, Opentext etc.)
Responsibilities;
System owner for Output management
Drive implementation/roll out projects and keep deadline and budget
Identifying, analyzing, documenting and prioritizing requirements
Technical architecture for Output management

Background / Qualifications;
An academic background, with relevant university degree within computer science and/or engineering and/or business and economics
Ability to analyze project requirements and communicate with business functions, system developers as well as stakeholders
Knowledge and experience within ERP, M3 Infor
A strong drive to achieve results & excellence in the job, with attitude to make things happen
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
