Join our Development department consisting of ~20 dedicated people where your role is to ensure that our products conform to the high quality standards that our customers have come to expect. Our products integrate software, developed in-house, with electron microscopes and cameras from external suppliers. You will lead the work of evolving our test strategies, methods, automation and tooling so that we meet the quality standards in the life-science business while using a high degree of test automation. You will report to the head of Development.
The Role
• To develop and document test strategies and processes for Vironova's products.
• To support the implementation of those test strategies and processes in the development organization.
• To have the responsibility for driving a proactive dialogue between the QA, the Delivery, and the Development units to arrive at suitable test strategies and methods for Vironova's product development while fulfilling the requirements from the life-science industry.
• To lead the work of evolving the tools currently used and/or finding new tools that support our future test strategies and enable a higher degree of streamlining and automation of the test process.
• To support the development teams in - developing strategies for method verification.
• the structuring and use of big amounts of test data.
• To take active part in policies about and requirements on the operating environment for Vironova's products.
Prerequisites
To be successful you need to have a solid experience within test strategies, methods and tooling, experience from using risk based testing as a method, and experience from using agile methods in product development. You also need knowledge about systems with integrated software/hardware and experience from test automation and associated tooling.
Good communication skills and experience from developing and implementing new work processes is important. You are fluent in spoken and written English. Experience from developing MedTech products is a merit.
