Are you eager to a new challenging opportunity within Tetra Pak as System Issue Analyst?
System Issue Management within Technical Service is the one door entry point for all consolidated issues coming from our Customers and Market Companies. This ensures fast and efficient handling and a continuous follow-up and communication throughout the entire issue resolution process.
We can offer you a creative and stimulating work in a team that is located both in Lund and in Mo-dena where the work environment is diverse and international. You will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the capabilities in the team and build a global network.
The position is based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Analyse (technical) issues and dispatch to relevant handling organisations
• Make necessary technical investigation to understand the problem using personal knowledge and involving relevant competences
• Drive, correct and update issue statements and descriptions in reporting tools
• Prepare statistics and inputs to relevant forums
• Prepare the business cases for the decisional forums to enable them to start with Corrective Actions
Qualifications
We are looking for a strong communicator who enjoys networking and working in team. You easily build trust and relations with stakeholders. You have the ability to take on a holistic view and find alternatives, solutions and new ideas. Your approach is proactive and analytical.
To be successful in this position you have a University degree combined with approximately 3 years' experience from the technical area and or data management, especially analytics and visual management. You are a skilled Excel user and knowledge in Power BI is an advantage. You possess good presentation skills. Excellent English skills both written and verbal are required.
