We are now looking for a System engineer with experience in high voltage system development and will strengthen our team knowledge.
In the department E/E Systems you will be part of the team that develops the Electro Mobility of the future. You will join an experienced team with valuable knowledge from all vehicle domains. It's not a challenge nor an opportunity - It is both. In the role as a system engineer you will work with design of high voltage systems. You will have the opportunity to work with development of systems and components, and be a part of the planning stage of testing. As a consultant at ÅF, you get a variety of work. You can either work at one of our local customers, or be in our office and work in our exciting projects together with other ÅF colleagues.
Within ÅF Automotive R&D, we develop and deliver solutions for vehicles, systems, functions and attributes to customers in the automotive industry. Our customers are both established OEM's, startup companies and system suppliers (Tier 1). We operate all over the world; mainly in Sweden, China, Brazil, US and UK.
Vem är du?
You are a brave and devoted team player with extensive knowledge in electrical architecture development and you want to strongly contribute in our customers development projects. You are familiar with the use of requirement management tools and model based systems engineering.
You have good understanding of functional safety standard in relation to development of safety critical systems. You have a good knowledge in development of HV-systems e.g. inverters, electric machines DC/DC-converters and On Board Chargers for BEV and PHEV applications. You are the engineer that makes a difference. You want to Make Future.
Your academic background is a Bachelor or Master degree, but most important is your extensive experience in automotive HV-systems development. You may have previously been working at a global OEM or Tier 1, but is now looking for a new challenging career path. Your business English is fluent both verbally and in writing and you communicate easily with both peers and upper management. Being professional is key and you always act upon the best interest of the company. You are within the business known for your strong integrity and you share ÅF's view on ethics and values. A Swedish driver license is required.
