The department is located in Gothenburg and we are today about 20 persons working in different roles. Our ambition is to keep a holistic view of our products so the team are taking care of all the different stages in the product cycle - from new development projects via product maintenance to quality issues and feedback from the market.ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an individual who is interested in Product Development in general, but preferably towards vehicle electronics and systems. As a person you enjoy working in a team and have the ability to inspire your team colleagues. You feel engaged by working in projects and reaching goals. You take lead in projects and have the ambition and energy to develop yourself and the team. Since the job consists of a net of contacts internally and externally, your networking skills are highly valued.WHO ARE YOU?We believe that you have both the competence and personality that will make a difference in our organisation. Imagine yourself working in an environment focused on solutions for the future where creativity and new ideas is a part of your day to day work.Preferably you should have a couple of years of professional experience and some leadership experience.Your CV should contain listed qualifications in academic degrees, you should be able to communicate in English (Swedish is good, but optional) and have a valid drivers' license.
