hela Sverige To join our team of consultants in Sweden, we are looking for motivated and dynamic consultants with expertise in Automotive Product Development or testing for minimum 5 years. You will play a challenging role and be key players in the success of our client's projects.
As a Software Base Tech & Diagnostics engineer, you will be responsible for all Basetech and diagnostic requirements on the nodes VDDM, BBM & SAS and you will support our clients by:
• Interface towards supplier and customers regarding all questions related to your software area, Basetech and Diagnostics.
• Close contact to the electrical team who owns the Basetech and Diagnostic requirements.
• Secure that the Basetech and Diagnostic part is included in the software releases to MRD (Material Required Date) and CRB (Change Release Board) process.
• Handle software issue in Software Issue system.
• Follow up on component test activities.
• Set up software plan.
• Document owner: SWRS & SWRT Basetech, Total Diagnostic.
• EOL (End Of Line) - Verification and SWDL (SoftWare DownLoad), BL (Bootloader) Sequence diagram and performance, Diagnostic aftermarked, Basetech deviation & Carcom.
• Device testing - Sandboxes, DVA & QRTEC.
• Change management process for software changes, includes time, technical and cost.
Qualifications:
• Minimum M.Sc. in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equal work experience.
• Documented experience from working with software.
Software and IT:
• Microsoft Office.
• SW issues (the webbased tool).
• JIRA knowledge is nice to have.
• System Weaver knowledge is nice to have.
• Elektra.
You also have good knowledge of the ISO26262 automotive safety standard and you must be fluent in English, both speaking and wiriting.
A good understanding of Chassis Automotive Customer Functions it is also needed.
